Banana Oat Smoothie


The best banana smoothie I’ve ever tasted, I love to have it for breakfast. Attention: No Violence Was Used In The Making:)

You need:

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 banana

½ cup of raw oats

1 tbsp. of almond butter (I used raw)
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
Topping of your choice (I used gogi berries)

Makes 1 serving

Blend it up and enjoy!
