Coconut-Vanilla Smoothie


Rich and delicious, hope you like tofu!

1 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 frozen banana

1 frozen peach

3/4 cup of vanilla soy milk

½ cup of silken tofu.

4 tbsp. shredded coconut

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Blend it up and enjoy.
