Perfect Bruschetta


This is my version of a Bruschetta, let me tell you its sooo good and easy to make you’ll be eating it non-stop.

You need:

Ezequiel bread (toast it up)

2 tbsp. of hummus

Thin cucumber slices

Thin tomato slices

Thin avocado slices

Alfalfa sprout for garnish

1 tsp. of ground peppercorn medley (or black pepper)

1 tsp. of parsley flakes

Pinch of salt

Extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

-Season the cucumber, tomato and avocado with salt, pepper and tiny bit of olive oil.

-Spread the hummus on your toast and ensemble (make it pretty will ya’).

-Watch out not to eat your fingers too!!
