Black Olive Tapenade


I love dips and if it’s an olive dip, I love it even more, very simple but truly delightful. Hope you guys like it.

You need:

25 Black Olives

Zest and juice from one lemon

3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

1/2 small garlic

Pinch of black pepper

Simply put everything into the food processor and it’s done!

For the crudites you can use any vegetable of your choice (red pepper tastes divine with it)
