Decadent Chocolate Mousse


What a better way to welcome Vegan MoFo than enjoying this super delicious mousse, it is the easiest thing to make, too good to be true.

You need :

1 package (12 oz) silken tofu

10 oz of vegan chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

1 tsp. of agave nectar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. ground nutmeg

Walnut crumbs and mint leaves (garnish)


– Beat the tofu in a food processor until smooth

-Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until smooth (stir frequently), add all the ingredients and mix well.

-Pour into mall dishes and let it chill for about 40 minutes.

Serves 4 (or more depending on the size of the dish 🙂 )
