Chocolate chip-Coconut pancakes


Yummy and filling breakfast, I like that it doesn’t take long to make, you just mix all the ingredients and cook for like 3 minutes on each side and they’re done. The chocolate chips and coconut make every bite taste like heaven, try them out they are super succulent.

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup non-dairy milk (I use almond milk)

1 cup of whole-wheat flour

¼ cup shredded coconut

¼ cup of vegan chocolate chips

1 tsp. of baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. of vanilla

¼ tsp. salt

Coconut oil (for cooking)

Chocolate syrup

Fresh fruit

Instructions:

-Mix all the dry ingredients together and then stir in the milk and vanilla.

-Lightly oil your skillet or griddle and cook the pancakes for about 3 minutes on each side.

Top with fresh fruit and chocolate syrup

Makes 4 small pancakes.
