Lip-smacking Pasta

Another very easy and flavorful recipe that I’m sure you will love, after you taste it you’ll see that the name fits perfectly.


-1 box of whole-wheat thin spaghetti

-8 oz. of Soy Boy Italian flavored tofu (I buy it at Whole Foods) or any other flavor of your choice.

-4 plum tomatoes

-½ cup of fresh basil

-¼ cup of almonds

-Extra Virgin Olive Oil




-Cook your pasta to desired consistency (when draining the water out make sure to leave a tiny bit
so that the pasta doesn’t stick together.

-While the pasta is cooking, cut tomatoes and tofu into little squares and finely shop your basil leaves.

-Place almonds into a food processor until you have nice medium-sized crumbs.

-Lastly mix all the ingredients together, add desired amount of olive oil, salt and pepper, and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
