Raw Fruit Tartine


Basically the easiest and yummiest thing in the world, you will love it and it’s perfect for every occasion. Check out how it’s made.

Crust:

2 cups Walnuts

5 medjool dates

Fruit jam:

½ cup of cut strawberries

½ cup of blueberries

½ cup raspberries

1 tsp. of agave nectar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:

Any fruit of your choice, in this case I used peach, grapes, raspberries and blueberries.

Steps:

-Soak the walnuts and dates in warm water for about ten minutes.

-To make the jam, place all the berries together and mash with a potato masher finally add the cinnamon and agave nectar.

Remove all the water from the walnuts and dates, and pulse them into the food processor until the mixture comes together (like dough) and form into small circles.

-Cut your fruit toppings into tiny squares and ensemble the tartine.
