Raspberry-Carob Dream

I believe having a smoothie for breakfast is the best way to start your day. The benefits are countless, they are way better than silly old multivitamins, provide our bodies with essential nutrients, they are quick and easy to make and will definitely keep you full for a long time.  The richness of carob, the delightful flavor of raspberries and banana and it’s enormous nutritional value are what makes this smoothie the perfect breakfast. 2 cups of spinach

1/2 cup of frozen raspberries

1 1/2 banana

Few medjool dates (I used 3)

2 tbsp. of raw carob powder (cocoa powder can work as well)

1 cup of water
