Pumpkin Oatmeal with Goji berries and Raisins


Breakfast today was super simple and delicious. It takes about 7 minutes to make and it fills you up for the rest of the morning. So you need:

1 cup of soy milk ( I use unsweetened)
3/4 cup of raw oats
2 tbsp. of pumpkin puree
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
Handful of Goji berries
1/4 cup of raisins
1 tbsp. of agave nectar

Instructions:

Mix the pumpkin puree with the soy milk and place over medium-low heat, mix in the oats and remaining ingredients, cook for about 7 minutes or until the oats are cooked and voila, It’s DONE!!

Sprinkle some more cinnamon on top and enjoy!
