Super flavorful and perfect for either breakfast, lunch, snack, dessert… whenever you want to have it; you can make it in no time.
1/2 cup of cooked wheat berries
1 apple (diced)
Handful of dried cranberries or raisins
1/2 tbsp. of pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. of almond butter
Bit of cinnamon
-Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and mix the apples with the maple syrup, let them caramelize a bit, add the wheat berries, cranberries and cinnamon. Heat through for about 5 minutes.
-Serve and top with almond butter.
