Raw Fruit Pie

Healthiest pie you’ll ever eat.


For the crust:

**Soak the nuts for at least 24 hrs before using them.**

1 cup of raw almonds

1/4 cup of raw sunflower seeds

4 medjool dates

For the jam:

2 cups of strawberries

6 medjool dates (or more)


Any fruit of your choice, I used papaya, pineapple and strawberries.


-Process the nuts in the food processor until they are mixed well. Press into a pie mold.

-Process the strawberries and dates together until smooth.

-Thinly slice your fruits.

-Assemble the fruits in the pie crust and spread the strawberry jam on top.

-Finally garnish with fresh fruit.


Makes about 8 servings.
