In today’s society there is no doubt that information is at the tip of our fingers, we only need to take out our phone or electronic gadget type some words and thousands of results come out. Even with this great advantage it’s amazing to see how uneducated some people are about Veganism and the many benefits one gets by following a plant-based diet.

I became vegan thanks to a classmate in college who one day during a speech informed the class about the many benefits of following a plant-based diet. After I heard what he said and saw how energized, strong, and healthy he looked I felt motivated to do the same. I feel awesome, and in simple but meaningful words I can say I LOVE A PLANT-BASED DIET.

So I created this blog to share some of my favorite recipes. What I love about them is that they are healthy, affordable, and very easy to make.
